Gladys Mhone is a distinguished professional whose career is marked by dedication, expertise, and a passion for transformational leadership. Her journey has been one of relentless pursuit of excellence in the field of Human Resources, where her strategic insight and commitment to fostering growth have left an indelible mark on numerous organisations.
Her career is a testament to the power of knowledge, as she continuously seeks to enhance her skills and techniques to better serve the people and organisations she works with. This dedication has not only brought her professional success but has also enabled countless individuals and teams to achieve their full potential under her guidance.
Gladys Mhone holds an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Middlesex, London. She is a:
- Qualified/certified coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation
- Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Personality profiler through Myers-Briggs and Lumina Spark, and
- Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD UK), which evidences her high-calibre leadership experience over the years.
While the majority of Gladys’ career (35 years) has been spent working in the UK as a leading HR expert, in recent years, since 2021 she has divided her time between the UK and Zambia, supporting organisations in developing their people and improving organisational performance. She also has business connections with Botswana and South Africa, enhancing her delivery capabilities
