About Our Founder and Lead Consultant
Gladys Mhone, is an experienced Senior Business Leader with a focus on providing strategic HR solutions for organisations. She is an expert in her field with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for over twenty years. Even within complex governance structures Gladys’s effective facilitation of teams and thought-provoking approach affects long lasting organisational change. In her work, she has development and implemented People Strategies which have been the catalysts of cultural change attracting prestigious external people and leadership awards.
She is the holder of an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Middlesex, London and is a:-
- Qualified coach (member of the International Coaching Federation)
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner
- Personality profiler through Myers Briggs and Lumina Spark and
- A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD UK) a demonstration of the calibre of the leadership experience that Gladys has delivered over the years.
Whilst the majority of Gladys’s career has been spent working in the UK as a leading HR expert, in recent years she has also worked in Zambia with organisations to support them to improve their performance through people. She has also built regional connections with Botswana and South Africa.
